SCTTP (Shipyard Competency & Technology Transfer Project)
Enhancing global shipyard productivity and technology capability
Purpose and Background
The Shipyard Competency & Technology Transfer Project (SCTTP) aims to enhance the productivity and technical capability of shipyard steelwork and panel line operations. As shipyards expand into onshore, offshore, and floating dock construction, it is essential to build sustainable systems and adopt global best practices.
Since January 2011, JangWon SM Co., Ltd. (JWSM) has been engaged in SCTTP discussions and implementation, assembling a team of experienced professionals from DSME, SHI, and HHI to improve panel line operations and steelwork productivity.

- Establishment of efficient work ethics and safety culture
The project ensures operational safety, flexibility, and professional execution while optimizing productivity and cost-effectiveness through cooperation between Korean experts and local shipyard teams.
